The present application has been filed u/s 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the connected MAC appeal which has been filed against the order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned MACT, Nagaon in MAC Case No. 187/2022. 3. Learned counsel Mr. I.K. Buragohain appears for respondent no. 1 and has prayed for time to file an objection in the present application. 4. However, the Court has perused the application and found that sufficient cause have been shown for the delay of 28 days. 5. Accordingly, the delay of 28 days is condoned and the application stands allowed. 6. Registry is hereby directed to register the main appeal and list the same for admission next week.
