In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the eviction notice dated 29.01.2025 (Annexure-H), issued by the respondent No.2- Thasildar. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20705 WP No. 14058 of 2025 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, and taking into consideration the averments made in the notice at Annexure-H would indicate that, the respondent No.2 has issued eviction notice to the petitioner, wherein, the Government Lower Primary School is being run in the building in question as per Annexure-A. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, the eviction notice dated 29.01.2025 (Annexure-H) be considered as show-cause notice to the petitioner and the petitioner is permitted to file reply/objections to the said eviction notice produced at Annexure-H within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondent No.2 shall take decision in the matter, after considering the reply/objections that may be made by the petitioner in respect of building in question. It is also made clear that, till the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20705 WP No. 14058 of 2025 consideration of the reply/objections that may be filed by the petitioner, no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
