Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner seeks higher stage of pay, i.e. Rs.30,400/-, on completion of two years of regular service as Forest Guard in accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022. 3. Petitioner was appointed as Forest Guard on contract basis in the respondent-department. Her services were regularized after two years. On being appointed on regular basis on 1.10.2022, petitioner was placed in the pay-scale of Rs.21,300/-. Petitioner claims for Rs.30,400/- on completion of two years of regular service on the strength of notification dated 06.09.2022, amending Revised 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Pay Rules 2022, is covered under the decision rendered in CWP No.1638 of 2024 titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors and in CWP No. 9303 of 2025 titled as Rakesh Kumar Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. Since, the present petition is covered in view of law laid down in the said case, therefore, there is no necessity for calling the reply. 4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.30,400/- to the petitioners w.e.f. their completing two years of regular service as Forest Guard on 30.9.2024.
