At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and an appointment order has been passed. Vide order dated 23.12.2024, the petitioner has been appointed as Shikshak Panchayat, as such, the petitioner don’t want to press this petition, therefore, this petition may be dismissed having become infructuous. 2.
