1. With the consent of the parties, matter is heard finally.
2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court issue writ of Mandamus for complying the order passed by the CJM, Gariyaband. 10.2 That, any other order/s, direction/s, writ/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued in favour of petitioner against the respondents. 10.3 That, cost of the petition may also be awarded to the petitioner.”
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly admitted that matter is still pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and there is no any interim relief extended by the DRT. Hence, it is prayed that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the parties to pursue the matter before DRT.
4. In view of above submission, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the parties to pursue the matter before the DRT in accordance with law/rules. Petitioner will also be at liberty to pursue the mater of execution before the competent Forum/Court as per relevant rules/law. CC as per rules. Sd/-
