After the order of this Court dated 27.10.2025, allowing the petitioner to retain the official quarter subject to payment of all electricity and maintenance costs as required, save and except the damage fee, the petitioner was served with a notice dated 10.11.2025 to deposit the outstanding licence fee and electricity charges. 3. Pursuant thereto, Ms. Wapangla, learned counsel, by placing on record a copy of the payment receipt, submits that the petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs. 42,165.00 (Rupees Forty-Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty- Five only) towards the outstanding licence fee and electricity charges. 4. Having considered that this Court has directed that the petitioner shall not be directed to vacate the official quarter if it is found to be under the occupation of the writ petitioner and subject to payment of all electricity and maintenance costs as required, save and except the damage fee, and the petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.
42,165.00 (Rupees Forty-Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five only), on account of outstanding licence fee and electricity charges, I am of the view that the petitioner shall be allowed to retain the Government quarter until the connected writ petitions being WP(C) No. 1867/2025 with WP(C) No. 4975/2024 are disposed of. 5. The interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
