Rongmei, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court in BA 3534/2025. The application is allowed with the following corrections: At paragraph 4 of the order instead of “Silchar PS Case No. 257/2024 under Section 22(C)NDPS Act and arrested the petitioner on 10.08.2024 and since then he is inside the jail for last 59 days” it should be “Cyber Police Station Panbazar Case No. 11/2025 under Section 316(2)/318(4)/336(3)/61 of BNS, 2023 arising out of GR Case No. 4334/2025 and arrested on 07.09.2025 and since then he is in the judicial custody” Further, at paragraph 7(i) it is written as “ to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer” wherein it should be “ to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kamrup(M)” This order should be treated as a part of the order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court in BA No. 3534/2025.
