The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4‘^ respondent is not mutating the name of the petitioner in the Record of Rights and issuing Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds despite the application made by the petitioner in Form- VIA dated 20.02.2025 (Ex.P1). 2. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of Ac.3.16 cents in Sy.No.200/4 of Sarbavaram Village, Prathipadu Mandal, Kakinada District. The petitioner's mother settled the property by a registered document dated 27.01.2024 vide Document No.683 of 2024. The petitioner made a Form-VIA application dated 20.02.2025 (Ex.P1). However, the 4^^ respondent has not been considered so far. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner filed a manual application. As per the procedure mandated under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and the Rules made thereunder, the application has to be made through online. If such an application is made by annexing all the documents, the 4*^ respondent will consider and pass an appropriate order. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will apply online as per Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1971, read with Section 4(1) of the Act, by annexing all the documents. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an online application in respect of the aforementioned property. If such an application is filed, the 4*'^ respondent shall consider the same strictly as per the law and pass appropriate orders. No order as to costs. 6.
