Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Ghaziabad should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated October 7, 2023. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Ghaziabad is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated October 7, 2023 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.
