In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of Mr. Pritam Singh Thakur, Advocate, representing the applicant before the learned Arbitrator, i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, the same is allowed and learned Divisional Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi, exercising the powers of Arbitrator under Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956, is directed to conclude the arbitral proceedings in Reference Petition No. 361 of 2018 on or before 30.09.2025. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Divisional Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi, on 07.04.2025. The application stands disposed of.
