Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 17.10.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Kaushambi in Criminal Revision No. 85 of 2017, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 22.8.2017 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi, whereby discharge application has been rejected. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
