It is further submitted that advertisement was issued by the respondents for the post of Prabodhak under the provisions of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Prabodhak Service Rules, 2008. Further, it is further submitted that the respondents ousted the candidature of the petitioner for the reason that petitioner did not possess the experience certificate for requisite years. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the instant petition, if need so arises in future. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
