Raghunandan Rao) th The 6 respondent herein, approached this Court, by way of W.P.No.14585 of 2025, contending that, the appellants herein were seeking to obtain mutation of the revenue records, in relation to Ac. 14.98 cents in various survey numbers of Chamaneru Village fields, Peddapanjani Mandal, Chittoor District, without following the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 even during the pendency of O.S.No.26 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge (Junior Division), Punganur. The 6'^ respondent, contended that, there was a dispute over the land. 2. which was the subject matter of O.S.No.26 of 2025 and that, the official respondents were helping the appellants herein, in mutating the revenue entries in their favour and any such mutation would affect the interest of the 6'^ respondent. A learned Single Judge of this Court, by an Order, dated 19.06.2025 3. had held, after recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, that no such application had been placed before the Government Authorities and that, the Writ Petition has been filed only on an apprehension. The learned Single Judge, disposed of the Writ Petition with a direction that the appellants herein would have to approach the Trial Court, in O.S.No.26 of 2025, before filing any application for amendment of the Revenue Records. 4 P RRR, J & TCDSJ W.A.No.849 of 2025 moved the present 4.
