JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 31.10.2025 Mr. D Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits upon instruction that the infringing construction made by the respondent No.7 upon the land of the petitioner had, in the meantime, been demolished. Under such circumstances, the petitioner has no further grievance in the present dispute, for which, he submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 2. Taking into account the above, the writ petition stands closed on Page No.# 3/3 withdrawal. 3. Mr. P Nayak, the learned Additional Advocate General, Assam appears on behalf of the respondent authorities and Mr. YS Mannan the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No.7. 4.
