No representation for the petitioner. 3. Heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order in Crl.M.P.No.1242 of 2025, at paragraph No.7, is hereby modified. The petitioner/Accused No.2 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. The remaining conditions imposed on the 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.7716 of 2025 Dated 31.07.2025 petitioner/Accused No.2 by the learned Special Judge shall be complied with without any exemption. 5.
