After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 5. It is made clear that in case the petitioner will file a fresh writ petition, he will serve a copy of the same upon Sri Tarun Agrawal, learned counsel who put his appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 in the present petition.
