In view of the aforesaid contention of the learned Senior Counsel representing the respondent No. 2 and also having heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Ms. S Bora, the impugned proceeding C.R Case No. 21/2023 before the learned CJM, Kamrup(M) are hereby quashed.
