No.99 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chakur, District-Latur arising out of the First Information Report (for short “the FIR”) vide Crime No.10 of 2023 dated 11th January 2023 registered with Chakur Police Station, District-Latur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Respondent No.2 has appeared in the matter through Advocate and it appears that they have settled the matter out of the Court. The informant wife and applicant No.1 husband are now residing together and the wife has no objection for quashing the FIR and the proceedings.
