This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Chaibasa Sadar P.S. Case No.103 of 2022, for offences under Sections 153-A(2), 295-A, 296, 427 and 34 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned C.J.M. at Chaibasa. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. It is alleged that this petitioner and some named and unknown person have pelted stone in the Durga Puja Procession. Though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but the complicity has surfaced in the investigation. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.)
