opposed in granting of bail stating that investigation is not yet completed; if the petitioners are granted pre-arrest bail, they will repeat the same offence, and it is urged to dismiss the bail petition. 5. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the remand report, there are specific overtacts attributed against the petitioner/Accused No.3 that he abducted the victim with a false representation that he would drop him at his house, but the petitioner/Accused No.3 took the victim in a vehicle and wrongfully confined in a shed in Bangalore and Accused No.4 beat the victim. 7. In view of the overtacts against the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4 they are disentitled to get pre-arrest bail. Hence, this Court does not deem it fit to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners requests this Court to grant liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate concerned and move an appropriate application for their release before the learned Magistrate concerned. 8. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4 to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate concerned and move an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for enlarging them on bail. The learned Magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of the application on its own merits in accordance with law by
