Heard Sri Pawan Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Iqbal Upadhyay, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Arjun Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Raj Bahadur Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 4 of 2024, under Section 307, 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Pipri, District- Kaushambi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that in a sudden fight, the injured received injuries. It is also submitted that applicant has no criminal antecedents to his credit. The applicant is languishing in jail since 16.01.2024. In case, he is granted bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and would cooperate in the trial proceedings. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and have placed the photographs of the injured which are annexed at page 12 of the counter affidavit. 5. After hearing the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and from the perusal of the injury report as well as photographs which is also part of the case diary, it is clear that all the injuries are grievous in nature on vital part and specific allegation has been made against the applicant of causing such injury, therefore, no case for enlarging the applicant on bail is made out. 6. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. 7. However, court below is directed to expedite the trial in the present case.
