Order 07/01/2025
[2025:RJ-JP:802] (2 of 2) [CW-436/2017] By way of this petition, the petitioner No.7-defendant No.7(for short 'the defendant No.7') has challenged the order dated 03.12.2016 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge No.2, Jaipur, District Jaipur in Civil Suit No.02/2010 (126/2010), whereby the trial court while partly allowing the Temporary Injunction Application filed by the respondent-plaintiff (for short 'the plaintiff'), restrained the defendants to alienate or charge the suit property in any manner till disposal of the suit. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was instituted before the trial Court in the year 2010 and about 14 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned
order, I dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if pending before it, expeditiously, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s), disposed of.
