It has been informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has died on 06.05.2025 after attaining the age of 84 years and the family members of the appellant does not want to pursue the matter. The son of the appellant has filed affidavit for not pursuing the matter and has enclosed the photocopy of the death certificate dated 12.06.2025 issued by the Registrar (Birth & Death), Municipal Corporation, Dhanbad and hence, this Criminal Appeal may be disposed of as abated against the appellant. 3. Learned A. P. P. raised no objection. 4. From perusal of the death certificate dated 12.06.2025 issued by the Registrar (Birth & Death), Municipal Corporation, Dhanbad, which has been enclosed as Annexure-1 of I.A. No. 8199 of 2025, it reveals that the sole appellant namely Jinendra Kumar Jain has died on 06.05.2025. 2025:JHHC:23117 2 5. Under the circumstances, this Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 54 of 2011 is dismissed as having been abated in respect of the sole appellant- Jinendra Kumar Jain @ Jainandra Kr. Jain as per the provision of Section 394 of the Cr. P. C. (now presently under Section 435 of the Nhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) and stands disposed of. 6. Thus, I.A. No. 8199 of 2025 also stands disposed of. (Sanjay Prasad, J.) Kamlesh/
