On 06.01.2025, this Court directed the 1st respondent to take a decision on whether to allow or to reject the extension of approvals of the petitioner’s institution, within a period of forty eight (48) hours from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 03. Accordingly, the 1st respondent has issued G.O.Rt.No.20 dated 13.01.2025 and pass orders and accorded permission to the Director of Technical Education, A.P., Mangalagiri for approval of intake to the following Private Un-Aided Pharmacy Institution at Under Graduate level for the Academic Year 2024-25 and as such prayed to close the writ petition. 04. In view of the said proceedings, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
