In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant, the same is allowed and learned Divisional Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi, exercising the powers of Arbitrator under Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956, is directed to conclude the arbitral proceedings in Reference Petition No. 1385 of 2017 on or before 04.07.2025. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Divisional Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi, on 15.01.2025. The application stands disposed of.
