During the course of hearing, Mr. Borah submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been appointed as Tutor by the contemnor with prospective effect and as such, this contempt petition may be closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appointment of the petitioner as Tutor. Prayer is allowed. Taking note of the submission of Mr. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty will remain with the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition challenging the condition laid in his appointment letter as Tutor.
