GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No. 3 and 4 in calling the petitioner to Police Station frequently without there being any crime registered against petitioner and in interfering with the matrimonial disputes at the instance of 5th Respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of Art 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4 not to interfere with the matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the 5th Respondent and also not to call the petitioner to Police Station without there being any crime registered against him and pass.…” 2. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the representation of respondent No.5 in public grievance redressal system, the petitioner was called to the police station to enquire into the allegations. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far. 3. Sri V.Sai Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due procedure, according to law.
