Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the 4th & 5th respondents not sending the salary pay-bills pertaining the months of September 2016 to February 2017 to the 3rd respondent for payment of salary is illegal, improper, unjust and violation of the Rules and Consequently direct the respondent to sending salary pay-bills of the petitioner to the authorized officer i.e., 3rd respondent for payment of salary from September 2016 to February-2017 IA NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP 11281 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to send the salary bills of the petitioner to the 3rd respondent for payment of salary from September 2016 to February-2017 pending disposal of the writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court Made the Following Order:-
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th & 5th respondents not sending the salary pay bills pertaining the months of September,2016 to February,2017 to the 3rd respondent for payment of salary is illegal improper unjust and violation of the Rules and Consequently direct the respondent to sending salary paybills of the petitioner to the authorized officer i.e., 3rd respondent for payment of salary from September, 2016 to February, 2017...”
2. Sri Ch. Siva Mahesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Smt. Y. Anupama Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
