Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide his representation dated 17.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP No.1638 of 2024, titled as Mohit Sharma and Anr. Versus State of H.P. and others, decided on 29.11.2024. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed. 4. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the judgment passed in Mohit Sharma’s case (supra).
