Cr.MP No. 4314 of 2025 The present application has been issued for recalling the non bailable warrants of arrest issued by this Court on 19.09.2025. It has been asserted that applicants/respondents No.1, 2 and 4 could not appear before the Court due to heavy rain in the area and the roads were washed away on account of flash floods in Bheron Kalan. The plea taken by the applicants/respondents No.1, 2 and 4 is duly supported by an affidavit; hence, the same is accepted. In view of above, the non-bailable warrants issued by this Court are ordered to be recalled unexecuted. The application stands disposed of. Cr.Appeal No.188 of 2013 Learned Additional Advocate General, prays for and is granted three weeks’ time to verify the factum of death of respondent No.3. List thereafter.
