Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.239 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palamaner and thereafter, the case was compromised before the Hon’ble National Lok Adalat by way of an award dated 06.06.2022. 3. In view of the fact that the case on hand was already compromised before the Hon’ble National Lok Adalat on 06.06.2022, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders would be necessary in the present petition. 4.
