Learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 - University submits that as per his instructions the University is seeking liberty to withdraw the impugned order dated 14/15.2.2025 passed by respondent no. 4-University as there are some factual/typographical error in the impugned order and the University seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the same and pass a fresh order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent no. 6 have no objection. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the respondent nos. 4 and 5 - University to withdraw the present impugned order and pass a fresh order. 5. In the event any finding is being substituted or added then the respondent-University would be bound to give notice to the petitioners and all concerned parties prior to passing of the fresh order.
