Learned Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 05.04.2025 received from Directorate of Transport alongwith documents, whereby, it has been informed that except post of Judgment Writer, all other posts including Steno- Typist stand filled-up in H.P. State Transport Appellate Tribunal.

Learned Advocate General has also placed on record joining report of Smt. Sunita Nadda, Steno-Typist temporarily deployed in H.P. State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Hamirpur.

It has been submitted by Learned Advocate General that despite making efforts till date, post of Judgment Writer could not be filled-up for non-eligibility of Judgment Writer.

As expected, Learned Advocate General has submitted that efforts are being made to fill-up the post of Judgment Writer. In case Judgment Writer
is not available, then keeping in view the nature of work, one more Steno-Typist may be posted against the post of Judgment Writer during next one month.

This application was filed for reviewing/ recalling the direction dated 03.04.2023, whereby, writ petition preferred by applicant has been transferred to H.P. State Transport Appellate Tribunal. Now, Presiding Officer and all supporting staff, except Judgment Writer, stand deployed/posted and State Transport Appellate Tribunal has now become functional and, therefore, this application has become infructuous and disposed of with observation that respondents shall ensure posting of Judgment Writer or Steno-Typist as undertaken and directed vide order of even date passed in CWP No.3445 of
2023.

Needless to say that now H.P. State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall take up the matters turn by turn referred/transferred to it and/ or being filed before the Tribunal.
