It has been submitted that an amended petition had been filed pursuant to the order dated 02.03.2026. However, the amended petition has been registered as CRP No. 5/2026 by the Registry instead of taking on record the amended petition as a part of this appeal and making necessary correction in the nomenclature. Since CRP No. 5/2026 has already been registered on the basis of the amended petition, the present RFA does not require to be adjudicated further in the present form. Accordingly, the present RFA No. 33/2025 is closed without further adjudication. It is made clear that the closure of this RFA will not affect the proceedings of CRP No. 5/2026. RFA is disposed of.
