PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T MALLIKARJUNA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.637 of 2012 ORDER: In compliance with the order of this Court dated 28.03.2025, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, submitted a status report regarding the settlement of the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner by name Patnaikuni Subhalatha, W/o Chakrapani, and respondent No.1 by name Patnaikuni Chakrapani, S/o Chandra Mouleswara Rao. It is stated in the report that notices were issued to both parties for their appearance. The notice sent to the petitioner was duly served on her, and in response, she submitted a written intimation dated 05.06.2025, stating that she does not intend to pursue the criminal revision case, as the whereabouts of her husband are unknown. The notice sent to respondent No.1 was returned with a postal endorsement stating, “Addressee left, hence returned.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3. In view of the report submitted by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case as the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
