Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The writ petition has been filed praying for following relief:- "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to consider the application under section 4 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, dated 09.01.2025, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to performed duties and function under section 9 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005." 3. Learned AGA has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. For the reasons given in the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ petition No. 7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra And Another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others) the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Protection Officer/ District Probation Officer (Domestic Violence), District Kaushambi, to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. 5. He shall also send a compliance report to the Registrar (Compliance) of this Court to be kept on record.
