Learned State counsel has apprised the Court that trial is going on in the aforesaid FIR and now the matter is pending for 28.05.2025. 3. On earlier occasion also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, position is the same. It seems that petitioner has lost interest in the matter. 4. Consequently, there is no option except to dismiss the same for non- prosecution. 5. Ordered accordingly.
