This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Akhtar Amirul Rahman @ Akhtar Amirul Hoque, who was arrested on 12.09.2025 in connection with Bilasipara P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 289/2025 Corresponding to GR Case No. 482/2025 under Sections 64(1) of BNS,2023. 3. TCR as call for has been received. 4. The allegations against the petitioner is that when the victim who is married lady aged about 40 years had gone to pluck flowers for Puja, the petitioner enticed her to his house and thereafter, assaulted her and committed rape upon her. 5. Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has been squarely implicated by the victim and her allegations are also supported by the medical report which indicates injuries on the person of the victim which are relatable to the assault allegedly made upon her by the petitioner. 6. Considering the gravity of the offence, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. 7. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
