The case of the petitioners is that in a previous round of litigation (Writ - C No. 2198 of 2016) between the parties, it was directed that the petitioners would be entitled to 64.70% as additional compensation and 10% developed land. However, the petitioners have not been given 10% developed land so far. They have filed a representation on 11.2.2025 in this behalf before respondent no. 3 and pray that the said respondent be directed to decide the representation. 2. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent- Development Authority, submits that appropriate orders would be passed on the representation in the light of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 27.1.2016 in Writ - C No. 2198 of 2016. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to pass appropriate orders in terms of the direction in the previous writ petition, within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
