GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of Officials of Respondent No.3 in making efforts to dispossess the Petitioners for giving the Respondents 5 to 8 the possession with respect to Petitioners Agriculture Land in Survey Number 224 admeasuring an extent of Ac 3-00 Cents situated at Gonegandla Village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kumool District without following due process of law during pendency of OS.No.4 of 2018 on the file of The Court of II Additional District Judge Kumool at Adoni, when the Prohibitory Orders dt.12.06.2018 in MC.No.642/2016 on the file of The Mandal Executive Magistrate And Tahsildhar Gonegandla Mandal have been in force as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Officials of Respondent No.3 to not to dispossess the Petitioners from Petitioners Agriculture Land in Survey Number 224 admeasuring extent of Ac 3-00 Cents situated at Gonegandla Village, Gonegandla Mandal, Kumool District.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, no coercive steps will be taken to dispossess the Petitioners. 3. Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
