1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.61, dated 07.03.2023, under Sections 420,465,471 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City-2, Mansa District Mansa (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
3. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Yadwinder Singh also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
4. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 17.02.2025 is made absolute.
