Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the rowdy sheet 3. opened against the Petitioner may be closed. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the 4. impugned Rowdy Sheet vide Proceedings in C.No.588/SDO(E)/Genl/20 14, dated 30-10-2014, against the Petitioner is hereby set aside.
