Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition seeking an early disposal of the I.A.No.1 of 2025. 3. Since the said application has been kept pending on a submission by the respondents that they have moved this Court and obtained a stay and the same has not been produced, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2025 on or before 30.06.2025.
