2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a young man aged about 24 years. After completing his studies, he has recently started his business. She further submitted that the victim and the accused are neighbours and were in a love relationship. It was also contended that the petitioner was not involved in the alleged termination carried out on the victim. Considering the relationship between the accused and the victim, as well as the young age of the petitioner, it was prayed that the petitioner be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
3. The learned APP produced the case diary.
4. We have gone through the diary and find that, at this stage of investigation, the petitioner cannot be granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail.
5. Mr. T. Deuri, learned counsel for respondent no. 2, supported the submissions made by the learned APP.
6. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected at this stage. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
