The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 07.02.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections- 109(1) and 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Junawai, District- Sambhal. 4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that although the implication has been made under Section 109(1) of the B.N.S., but it is a case of no injury. The parties are closely related to each other and it would be in the larger interest of justice and peace if the dispute between them comes to an end. 5. An affidavit has been filed by respondent no. 3 / the first informant stating that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and hence the respondent no. 3 has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. 6. Learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for quashing of FIR. 7. In view of the above, the impugned F.I.R is quashed. 8. The writ petition is allowed.
