Sikdar for the petitioner Mahmuduz Zaman Page No.# 2/2 Islam, who has filed this application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for quashing the order dated 07.11.2025 in connection with NI Case No. 511/2025 by the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K. Baishya for the respondent State, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. 3. It is submitted that vide the impugned order dated 07.11.2025, warrant has been issued. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to cooperate with the trial. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also taken a pragmatic view. This case has been registered in the year 2025. The petitioner is willing to cooperate with trial. It appears that it is not necessary to keep this matter pending any further. 5. Thereby, the NBWA issued against the petitioner is deferred for another 15 (Fifteen) days and within these 15 (Fifteen) days, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Trial Court and cooperate with the trial. 6. In terms of the above the observation, this criminal petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
