The office through its report dated 21.05.2025 has placed before the Court a report of the concerned trial court / District Judge, a perusal of which goes to show that the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Kannauj vide his report dated 17.05.2025 has informed that the trial of the matter has concluded and the judgement has been pronounced on 16.05.2025. The said report has been forwarded by the District Judge, Kannauj on 19.05.2025. 4. In view of the same,the present bail application has become infructuous. 5.
