The instant petition has been filed being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of Respondent No.3 in not issuing NAN D.O. of about 24000 quintals of paddy for KMS 2024-25 being eligible under the government’s scheme in lieu of up-lifting of about 6000 quintals of paddy in KMS 2023-24 by the petitioner and further for proportional paddy of 24000 quintals for KMS 2024-25, Bank Guarantee has also been deposited by the petitioner. 2. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide his representation. 3. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioner, if not already decided. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Respondent authorities are directed to decide the pending 3 / 3 representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already decided. 6.
