ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the orders passed on I.A.No.5 filed under Section 65(c)of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 in Crl.Misc.No.958/2022 dated 31.05.2024 by the Prl. Judge, Family Court, Mysuru to receive the documents No. 1 to 8 listed therein as secondary evidence, the husband is before this court.
2. Today when the matter came up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that parties have already entered into a compromise and a compromise memo is filed before the court. The husband and the respondent/wife are also present before this court and a joint affidavit dated 07.07.2025 is filed stating that they have entered into a compromise in MC.No.1205/2024 and amicably settled their disputes. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. They sought for a prayer to quash the Crl.Misc.No.958/2022 pending on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru.
3. Considering the joint affidavit filed before this court and as the disputes are amicably settled between the parties.

This court is passing the following:
ORDER i. In the light of the settlement arrived on between the parties, no further orders needs to be passed in this petition. The parties are at liberty to file a memo before the family court where the criminal miscellaneous is pending. ii. All the original documents shall be returned to the respondent. iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off in the light of the joint memo filed before this Court. iv. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
