The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 23.1.2024 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bidhuna, District Auraiya in case no. 78 of 2023 (State Vs. Shyam Singh) arising out of case crime No. 198 of 2006, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, I.P.C., Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya, whereby Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application has become infructuous due to arrest of the applicant. In view of the above, present application is dismissed as infructuous.
